Who should I do my sale through - Regency Fundraising or direct with the Popcornopolis?

Regency Fundraising, of course! It is true that you can do a Popcornopolis sale directly through Popcornopolis, that is after all how they originally started their fundraising program. However, doing your sale through Regency Fundraising has many advantages, such as a choice of packing options (having orders individually packed-for-seller or sent packed-to-the-piece in bulk - neither of which is available directly through Popcornopolis), custom-made prize programs and parent letters, kickoff assemblies, and the ability to combine the Popcornopolis brochure with other great programs just to name a few.

Can your popcorn program be combined with other programs?

Yes, so long as the items are being fulfilled by our same provider.  For example:  you can combine Popcornopolis with our Snacks & Treats, Jelly Belly, Cookie Dough & Frozen Desserts, and Other Programs brochures because they are all fulfilled by one provider.

What nutritional advantages does Popcornopolis have over regular brands?

Popcornopolis popcorn is made from non-GMO corn whereas many regular brands are not. It is also trans-fat free, does not contain any high-fructose corn syrup, and is gluten-free.

What is our profit margin?

Your sale earns either 50% profit (items are sent bulk, packed-to-the-piece and you sort them by seller) or 40% profit (we do the data entry off your order forms; individually pack each order by sell; collate sales packets for you, including a custom-printed parent letter and prize program at no cost to you).

What is the minimum order?

No minimum for bulk orders. 200 units for pack-for-seller orders.

How long does it typically take to get delivery once I place my order?

Once paperwork for an original order has been submitted, the typical turnaround time for delivery is 5-10 business days for bulk orders, 15-20 days for pack-for-seller orders.

How do the orders come packed?

Depending on which profit margin you choose, your orders will either come packed-to-the-piece in bulk (i.e. you will need to sort out the orders by seller) or individually packed-for-seller (i.e. each seller will have his/her own box or bag (depending on the size of the order) that is clearly labeled for quick and easy distribution. The original copy of their order form will also be inside the box/bag along with the seller’s prize(s) (if applicable).

How long do the items keep?

Freshness depends on a number of factors, such as when the product was produced, how it has been stored, and how long it has been opened.  Most products come printed with a Best Thru date on their packaging which indicates the manufacturer’s best estimate for how long the product will retain its freshness if unopened.
