How long does it typically take to get delivery once I place my order?

This varies by product. For most products, once paperwork for an original order has been submitted, the typical turnaround time for delivery is 5-10 business days. Please check your product’s Terms & Conditions page for more details.

How long will the items usually stay frozen when we’re distributing them?

This can be influenced by many factors. Generally speaking, if the items are kept in close proximity to each other and not handled too much, they will typically stay near-frozen or very cold for several hours.

Do you offer Pack-For-Seller on your frozen program?

How long do the items keep?

Freshness depends on a number of factors, such as when the product was produced, how it has been stored, and how long it has been opened.  Most products come printed with a Best Thru date on their packaging which indicates the manufacturer’s best estimate for how long the product will retain its freshness if unopened.

What should I do with any leftover product I might have?

In the event you have leftover product, we recommend advertising such product at your order distribution. You may be surprised by how many people want to buy more. You might also consider offering leftovers as an incentive (for example: buy 5, get 1 free) or, to sell them quickly, discount the price.

How long does it typically take to get delivery once I place my order?

Once paperwork for an original order has been submitted, the typical turnaround time for delivery is 5-10 business days for bulk orders, 15-20 days for pack-for-seller orders.

Someone turned in a late order. Can I still get their order filled?

If the original order has not been pulled yet, then late orders can usually be added with no problem. If the original order has already been pulled, packed and/or delivered, late orders can usually be accommodated so long as the minimum order is met.
