Three ways to run your Gateway sale as no- or low-contact as you want it!

  • Option #1 – Traditional

    • 40% profit.

    • Sales packets with brochures, order forms, and prize flyer (if applicable) provided by the company.

      • Packets can include several combinations of brochures, such as Popcornopolis, Snacks & Treats, Jelly Belly, Crazy Socks, and more!

      • This method also allows you to use the Otis Spunkmeyer cookie dough/frozen dessert brochures if you wish; however, these items are not available for online purchase, only through the paper order form.

    • They take orders and turn-in money as they typically would.

    • Orders are individually packed by student and ship to school at the end of the sale.

    • Prizes (if applicable) are included in students’ orders.

    • Online ordering is not available.

    • $85 delivery charge for invoices $1,500+ for the entire order to ship to the school. $125 for invoices less than $1,500.

    • No minimum order.

    • 3- to 5-week turn-around time depending on the season.

  • Option #2 – Online Only

    • 40% profit.

    • 100% online sale (this means no physical brochures and no delivery to school).

    • Broad assortment of items to choose from (i.e. Popcornopolis popcorn, Jelly Belly jelly beans, Nestle Toll House shelf-stable cookie dough, Chocolates and Snacks, Crazy Socks, Gift Items; Magazines, and more!).

    • No printed material provided by the company.

    • All orders ship directly to the purchaser.

    • The purchaser pays shipping and (when applicable) sales tax. The cost of shipping varies but for most orders ranges from $8-15 (more for larger orders).

      • There is a variation of this program where the purchaser can receive free shipping for orders of $75 or more, but the school would get 30% profit instead of 40%.

    • Prizes (if applicable) ship to school at the end of the sale and are individually packed and labeled by student.

    • No minimum order.

    • 1- to 1.5-week turn-around time depending on the season.

  • Option #3 – Traditional + Online

    • 40% profit.

      • Packets can include several combinations of brochures, such as Popcornopolis, Snacks & Treats, Jelly Belly, Crazy Socks, and more!

      • This method also allows you to use the Otis Spunkmeyer cookie dough/frozen dessert brochures if you wish; however, these items are not available for online purchase, only through the paper order form.

    • Participants take orders and turn-in money as they typically would.

    • Online ordering is also available to the supporters. At checkout, they choose:

      • To pay shipping and have the order shipped straight to their home (free shipping is available for $100 in purchases or more).

      • Have the order shipped to the school at no cost to them.

    • The traditional paper orders as well as online orders that chose the ship-to-school option are shipped to the school and are individually packed-by-student with the prizes included in the student’s order.

    • $85 delivery charge for invoices $1,500 + the entire order to ship to the school ($125 if the Otis Spunkmeyer brochure was used and the order is less than $1,500 invoice).

    • No minimum order.
