How long does it typically take to get delivery once I place my order?
Once paperwork for an original order has been submitted, the typical turnaround time for delivery is 3 business days. Continuation orders during your sale usually take less time.

What if I have leftover pretzel rods?
While some programs allow for unsold product to be returned we generally recommend that you try to sell what you have leftover to avoid return fees. Many groups will offer part of the profit to other groups on campus for selling their leftover cases; some will offer bonuses to their top sellers for helping to sell leftover cases; some will sell leftover product to staff at a discount.
My pretzel rods turned white. What happened?
The chocolate on the pretzel rods most likely either melted or has freezer burn. When chocolate melts, the ingredients begin to separate. Cocoa butter rises to the surface and as the chocolate resolidifies, remains there giving the chocolate a white appearance. Also, storing chocolate at frigid temperatures can cause freezer burn which may also produce the white appearance. However, discoloration can also be an indication of mold, fungus, or some other contamination so if your chocolate does not have its original, factory-fresh coloring, we recommend you discard it.
How long do pretzel rods keep?
The shelf lives for pretzel rods vary, but they generally have a shelf life of six months when stored in optimal conditions. We recommend that items be consumed as soon as they are purchased (not that you’d want to wait longer than that!).
