How fast can I start a Mixed Bag fundraiser?

Fast! Just contact your official sales representative, Scott Forbes, at 818-249-2729 or info@regfund.com and sales can usually start within a day or two (longer if brochures are needed).

Are brochures free of cost to my organization?

In most situations, yes! Your group needs to sell at least $5 retail per brochure; otherwise, there is a $0.15 per charge per brochure assessed to the organization. This very rarely happens and can usually be avoided by properly advertising and promoting your sale.

How long does it typically take to get delivery once I place my order?

Most orders placed online ship within 48 hours.

How much is shipping for online purchases?

Shipping charges vary due to a number of factors (i.e. how many items are being ordered, what their combined weight is, the dimensions of the total order, where it is shipping to, etc.) but are reasonable, competitive, and consistent with online purchases made at most other shopping sites.

How is sales tax handled?

Just like purchases made through other online retailers, sales tax is calculated at the time of checkout and the sales tax rate is determined by where the purchase is being made.

Will a student earn prize credit for orders placed online?

Yes, so long as the orders are placed during the same time period that the sale is run and the supporter correctly references the seller’s name upon checkout.

When and how do our students receive their prizes?

Prizes are sent to your school packed-by-student approximately 2 weeks after the sale has ended.

How soon after our fundraiser concludes do we receive our profit check?

Profit checks are mailed approximately 2 weeks after the sale’s end date.

What if a customer has a problem with their order?
