JOB DESCRIPTION   JOB REQUIREMENTS


Work from the comfort of your own home by making much-needed phone calls for a busy executive.

Work hours are relatively flexible which makes this position perfect for stay-at-home parents and retired or semi-retired individuals looking to earn some extra income.

Primary duties include telephoning existing and prospective customers for the purposes of:

  • Scheduling appointments
  • Checking on sales in progress
  • Taking and submitting orders
  • Collecting and updating client/prospect information
  • Accounts receivables inquiries
  • Coordinating with partner companies

Company laptop computer, phone, and daily call list provided.

 


The ideal candidate for this position must have a friendly, outgoing personality; be honest, responsible, organized, and enthusiastic; have a professional phone presence; and be disciplined enough to work from home without being distracted.

Some computer experience is necessary, namely with Microsoft Word and Excel, as well as email. Company will train the employee on how to use the company database.

Past experience in fundraising, education, and/or sports leagues is highly desirable but not required. Bilingual (Spanish) a big plus!

Candidate should live in the La Canada/La Crescenta/ Montrose/Sunland/Tujunga area.
